1. Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

2. Create Your Chatbot

  2. Click Add Source

    Choose Upload Files to add documents, or Crawl Website to import content from a URL.

  3. Select Your File

    Drag and drop your file or click to browse. The system will automatically process and index the content.

  4. Wait for Processing

    Processing typically takes 30 seconds to a few minutes depending on file size. You'll see a green checkmark when complete.

Important: Make sure your document contains clear, well-structured content. The AI works best with organized information that includes headers and paragraphs.

4. Customize Appearance

Make your chatbot match your brand. Chat.co offers extensive customization options.

Paste the embed code just before the closing </body> tag on your website:
